I approach the work of therapy humbly, and often feel that I learn as much from my clients as they learn from me. My own path in life has involved pain, loss, heartbreak, anxiety, existential fear, and periods of despair and confusion. These experiences have, perhaps more than anything else, shaped me into the person and therapist I am today.
I have always been a deep feeler, and therapy has helped me develop integrity, clarity, and a greater capacity to weather the difficulty of life. My own sensitivity informs how I show up as a therapist: with deep care and respect for each person's innate wisdom and ability to heal.
Outside of work, I love rock climbing and being outside, working with my hands, writing, cooking, and spending time with my friends, my family, and my dog.
I work primarily with men and teen boys (ages 15+) and with adults whose early attachment wounds and trauma are showing up in their current relationships. I see clients in person in Boulder, CO and offer telehealth therapy throughout Colorado.
